“I am a thirteen year Law Enforcement Veteran. Three years ago I began taking KFX and Krav Maga with Marc Delnicki. I chose to train not only to get into shape, but also to learn how to protect myself, my partners, as well as the public I serve. On several occasions I have had to use the skills Krav Maga has given to me. One incident that comes to mind was the disarming of a knife wielding assailant. Knowing Krav Maga and being confident in what I was taught, I was able to disarm an active knife assault, bring the subject to the ground and subdue him very quickly and safely. No other force was needed, no one was injured beyond the initial victim. In a split second I was able to disarm, detain, and contain a very dangerous fluid situation. Without the knowledge from Krav Maga., the incident could have taken my life, others life and the life of the assailant. My life and the life of others depend on what I have learned.”

“Prior to joining KFX 3 years ago, regular group exercise classes never seemed to “fit”. Too difficult, too competitive, boring. Since I began with KFX, and have been participating in circuit classes 2-3 times per week, I look forward to every class.
