K2STRONG is a multi-dimensional fitness and self-defense system that is designed to train and empower people with sustainable life skills to live healthy, fit, and secure lives in an ever-changing, unpredictable world. It consists of 3 custom programs: Fitness, Kelevra Krav Maga (KKM), and Kelevra Scenario Base Tactics Training (KSBT).

KFX is our fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life! Methodically designed to greatly reduce the risk of injury brought on by similar exercise programs, KFX is all about improving yourself no matter where your starting point is. Whether you can deadlift 900 lbs, run 20 miles non-stop, or are getting off of the couch for the first time in years, KFX will enhance your physique and boost your performance. KFX is a group training-based session composed of a selection of High Impact Interval Training (HIIT), cardio, strength, and nutrition training designed for elite physical transformation. This program improves mobility, cardiovascular health, respiratory endurance, bone/muscle mass, as well as metabolic function and mental wellbeing, leading to achievement and sustainability a lifestyle of health, wellness, and strength.
KFIT is a program which combines high intensity body weight training with proven Krav Maga self-defense techniques. Learn how to strike with power and speed, exploit your attacker’s weaknesses, defend yourself against violence and get stronger doing it.
KSTRONG is a methodical program in which core power lifts and multiple strongman lifts are used to optimize strength gains and muscular endurance. Challenge yourself with the atlas stones, log presses and more. Take your strength training to the next level.

Kelevra Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) that consists of a wide combination of combative fighting techniques sourced from various martial arts, boxing and grappling, along with reality-based training. Kelevra is a version of Krav Maga that is military-based techniques with civilian aspects. Kelevra in Hebrew means “Bad Dog” and Krav Maga means “Contact Combat.” Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extremely efficient and brutal counter-attacks. Krav Maga techniques are designed to be simple to learn and execute. Through effective training, execution of these techniques are instinctual reactions. Krav Maga emphasizes aggression, disruption, neutralization, and simultaneous defensive and offensive maneuvers to neutralize the threat.

Kelevra Scenario Based Tactics training programs (KSBT) to prepare for the unthinkable. This program will teach an individual/group the proper mindset of situational awareness and hyper-vigilance to recognize and process an impending event. Coupled with the Kelevra Krav Maga/KFit fitness skillsets, one will be ready to execute the best options of survival in a confrontation. Whether it is an Active Shooter, Home Invasion, Car Jacking, Rape, or Assault, when the unthinkable happens ask the question “What would you do?”.

This class is the closest you can get to private training without doing private training based on our personalized outlook on getting you to your goals safely and quickly.

Obviously, many factors are involved and most importantly is the amount of effort you put into it. The program is based on a 12-week cycle. No doubt at the end of the cycle, you will be a different person.

With hundreds of default exercises ready to deploy on the spot during class, you never have to worry about being forced into a specific movement that will get you hurt.
